Limelight Payments Rebate Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
The rebate program is open to customers who purchase a Clover POS system and set up a new merchant account with Limelight Payments. Customer must opt into the rebate program prior to purchasing the equipment by completing the form on the website. You can also find the form below on this page.
The rebate is based on the monthly processing volume of credit card sales using the Clover POS system.
To qualify, customers must process the specified amounts for three consecutive months within six months of the purchase date.
Commitment Requirement: Customers must agree to a 36-month commitment to their Limelight Payments merchant services account to be eligible for the rebate.
Payment Method: The rebate is NOT available to customers who split the payment with Klarna or Afterpay. Merchant will pay for the equipment after completing the merchant account application, after the application is approved. Customer can choose to pay for the equipment by credit card or ACH.
Rebate Tiers:
$100 Rebate: Process over $10,000 per month in credit card sales.
$300 Rebate: Process over $30,000 per month in credit card sales.
$500 Rebate: Process over $55,000 per month in credit card sales.
Conditions:
Qualifying Period: The qualifying period for processing volumes starts from the date of purchase and ends six months later.
Consecutive Months: Customers must meet the specified processing volume for three consecutive months within the six-month qualifying period.
Rebate Calculation: The rebate amount is determined based on the highest processing volume tier achieved during the three consecutive qualifying months.
Rebate Issuance:
Verification: Limelight Payments will verify the monthly processing volumes at the end of the qualifying period.
Payment: Rebates will be issued within 90 days after the verification process is completed.
Method: Rebates will be paid via check or credited to the customer’s account, as chosen by Limelight Payments.
Logistics:
Online Form: Complete the online form to request information about the rebate program.
Sales Representative: Wait to speak to a sales representative.
Order and Application: The sales representative will complete the order and merchant account application with the customer by phone.
Payment: After the application is approved, the customer will be charged for the Clover system of their choice by credit card or by ACH.
Additional Terms:
Non-Transferable: Rebates are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser of the Clover POS system.
One Rebate per Customer: Only one rebate per customer, per purchase is allowed. Does not apply to multiple units if purchased.
Compliance: Customers must comply with all other terms and conditions of their merchant agreement with Limelight Payments.
Rebate Limit: The total rebate amount cannot exceed the price paid for the hardware.
Sale Items: Customer must purchase the hardware at the full retail price. Rebate not eligible towards products purchased on sale.
Commitment Requirement:
36-Month Commitment: To be eligible for the rebate, customers must agree to a 36-month commitment to their Limelight Payments merchant services account. Failure to maintain this commitment may result in the forfeiture of the rebate.
Amendments and Termination:
Limelight Payments reserves the right to amend or terminate the rebate program at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments or termination will not affect customers who have already met the qualifying criteria prior to the amendment or termination date.
